This resource is presented by Home City Families (HCF), the Springfield Coordinated Family and Community Engagement grant, funded by the
Department of Early Education and Care, held by the Springfield Public Schools. We have aligned the themes and activities with the Big Day for
PreK Curriculum (Houghton Mifflin Harcourt), the preschool classroom curriculum used by the Springfield Public Schools and several community
early childhood education providers. Our hope is to help families prepare their children for a successful start to kindergarten.
