ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS

- Immunization Record and Physical
You can get this information from your child’s pediatrician

Contact the city/town hall where child was born

- Custody or Guardianship Documents (if applicable)
Court documents

- 3 Proofs of Address including: mortgage or lease, current bill, and photo ID
Documents from landlord, utility/cable bill, etc.
Child must be 5 years old by 9/1/2019 to enter Kindergarten for the 2019-2020 school year.
The first 300 families to enroll their children for Kindergarten will receive a FREE backpack, supplies and a Class of 2032 T-shirt.
